By using SparkMeet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SparkMeet. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information in your profile
- One person per account — no impersonation
- No fake profiles, bots, or AI-generated personas
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post explicit content in public profiles
- Share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploit minors
- Impersonate another person or create misleading profiles
- Use the service for spam, scams, or commercial solicitation
- Circumvent safety features including blocks and reports
4. Matching and messaging
Users can only message each other after a mutual match. SparkMeet reserves the right to monitor reported content and take moderation action.
5. Safety tools
You can report and block users at any time. We review reports and may warn, hide, or ban accounts that violate these terms.
6. Premium subscriptions
SparkMeet Premium costs €15 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Stripe securely processes payments. You can manage or cancel through Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. We will give reasonable notice before a price change applies to a future renewal.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
8. Disclaimer
SparkMeet is provided "as is." We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. Use caution when meeting people in person.
